Bought this popcorn maker because I worked at a HD dealership and we had a professional popcorn maker. I was addicted to it. So I found this popper and decided to give it a try. I bought pre-made 6 oz bags from Great Northern Popcorn which contains the popcorn, salt and oil already measured out. I do add a small amount more of the salt and oil. This popper, when I add the ingredients makes the same delicious popcorn that I had grown addicted to. Easy to use! Add the contents, place the lid on the pot and start cranking the knob at the end of the handle.. In a few minutes, you have a pot of the best popcorn! Nearly every kernel pops and it tastes so good. My family loves it! My dogs love it! Cleanup is easy too. Ready for the next pot to be made! Thank you on a great product.

Such a fun popcorn maker. works perfect.Good quality. Works great on my glass top stove. Size is perfect. Assembly was super easy. It's easy to clean out as well.

loving this clever popcorn popper. i received some gourmet red popcorn in a subscription box and multiple people on the facebook group said that this is the best popper out there. Since i didn't have an efficient way to pop the corn i asked for and received for Christmas this popper. It is SOOOO easy to make the popcorn on the stove and it only takes a few minutes so no tired wrists from cranking. So far we have experienced great popcorn with no duds. now i want to try different varieties of popping corn and toppings. such fun!

I got real sick of microwave popcorn, after some research and the desire to create movie theater type popcorn, this is where I landed. This thing is great, super easy to use, heats up quick, easy to clean, inexpensive, and there isn't ever a single kernel left un-popped. I got a gallon jug of kernels and they'll last forever. It's also cool because my kids now see it as a fun thing for us to do, not just pop a bag in the microwave. If you are a popcorn lover, get it, you'll love it.

Popcorn quickly pops fully vs our 2nd West Bend popper. I don't think it measurers 6 qts as mentioned..like old West Bends.

We just received ours and first impression is that it is extremely light and cheaply made. Only 1 side of the lid has a clip so the other side just sits half open and let's all the heat and steam out. The blades on the bottom of the pot, or just wire sticks really, are easily clogged and get stuck. I'm incredibly disappointed especially with the price they're charging. Icing on top is there is no return policy. So make sure you know someone who has the exact one you're buying and you like it before you buy this. Otherwise you'll end up like me, $40 poorer and stuck with a crappy pot that can't do the one thing it's supposed to do. Make delicious popcorn. UPDATE: I decided to give this one another shot before I use it as a miniature dumpster fire to keep the neighborhood cats warm at night. I thought "It can't be nearly as bad as I remember" and I was totally right; it's actually worse. I feel like this popcorn popper should owe me a few stars to make up if for its complete lack of popcorn popping ability. Because of the insanely cheap and mediocre design, the stirrer doesn't even shift the popcorn at the bottom of the pot. Those poor kernels just hung out down there like the burnt cheese at the bottom of your oven, filling your home with the crowd favorite aroma of burnt popcorn. Even if the stirrer design managed to hit the insanely low standards to function, which are lower than the stirrer actually has to be to work, the popcorn would still burn due to the faulty rotary tool. This thing jams more often than a messy PB&J. I tried going slowly and it gets stuck, I tried going fast and it gets stuck. Too much popcorn? No way bro, this thing gets jammed on air. So kudos to this company for failing so hard at creating a popcorn popper. But hey, at least the neighborhood cats will be warm now.

I took one star off because the crank stops working once the popcorn maker becomes full. Part of the issue is the wires on the bottom that spin are so thin that popcorn gets caught underneath it. It does pop almost all of the kernels which is good.
