Finally hitting my fiber goals!
Such an easy way to jump start my fiber intake in the morning. We all know how important fiber is but it’s so hard to get your daily intake. This cereal makes it easy. I love how I don’t even have to think about it. Pair it with milk or even yogurt and it’s delicious! It has a nice texture and is very crunchy. It arrived very fresh. This is a great quality cereal with a lot of health benefits. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect for a Healthy, Satisfying Breakfast!
I’ve been eating Fiber One Original Bran for a while now, and it has become a staple in my morning routine. It’s hard to find a cereal that’s truly filling without being loaded with sugar, but this one nails it! Just one serving keeps me full for hours, and I love that it’s packed with fiber and has no added sugar. The taste is simple and wholesome — not sweet or artificial like most cereals. I usually add a bit of fruit or yogurt on top, and it’s the perfect balanced breakfast. It’s also great for anyone watching their sugar intake or trying to improve digestion. If you want a healthy, guilt-free cereal that actually keeps you satisfied, Fiber One Original Bran is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Amazing (potentially too good) Source of Fiber
Let's face it, if you are here you know what fiber is and why you need it. You also probably know how difficult it is to actually get the recommended amount you need per day: 25g for women and 38g for men (under 50, it goes down slightly after that). A lot of the dedicated fiber foods I have seen and tried have 4g or 5g per serving. Fiber supplements like capsules and gummies have 3-4g and are loaded with more sugar than fiber. It's just hard to really find something fiber rich that you can eat everyday. Enter FiberOne. The amount of fiber you get per serving (and ultimately per dollar) is unmatched. A serving of this is 18g of fiber. Now, one thing I want to point out is that a serving size is 40g of cereal -- that is not a lot. Measure this out with a scale. It's a small handful. I want to point this out because if you take an "average" sized cereal bowl and fill it up, you are putting 3-4 servings of this in there. While fiber is great, like anything else, it can be too much of a good thing especially all at once. If your diet has been lacking in fiber (which is probably pretty common for people looking into this product) and you suddenly start dumping 50-60 grams of fiber into your digestive system daily, you will probably experience issues. You are not ready for it and your gut bacteria are not ready for it. Treat this more as a medicine than a food and slowly work your way up. I started eating a 40g bowl (the recommended serving) per day and did fine. I now eat a 60g (1.5 serving) bowl every morning. As a man, this is 27 grams of fiber and I can fill in the ~11 remainder with my usual American low fiber diet. It's been working well and I definitely feel like my digestion has been better since doing this. The cereal itself is definitely strange, it comes in pellets that remind me of rabbit or horse food. The flavor is very, very subtle but the closest I can compare it to is graham cracker, just dialed way down. Overall, I have come to enjoy it because I find most sugar-packed cereal way too sweet. Anyway, really pleased with this product. It's fairly cost effective for what you get and it solved my fiber problem. I actually subscribed to it, which is the first time I have done that with a product. I'll keep buying it as long as the formula, price and box size all stay relatively the same,

Helps with daily fiber goals.
This delicious breakfast has 10 g of protein, 19 g of fiber, and only 150 cal. I am already over halfway to my fiber goals for the day, which used to be difficult for me as I try to get 30 g in a day, so this really helps with my goals, plus, it tastes so good! I do add a sprinkle more of cinnamon to my cereal. This is also good to add to plain Greek yogurt with cinnamon for a nighttime snack.

The real breakfast of champions.
Cheap, have a crapton of fiber. To round it out I eat it with almond milk, mixed with unflavored protein powder, and frozen blueberries or fresh banana. Great way to balance out my diet. 25g of protein, 1 serving of fruit for soluble fiber, 8-10% potassium, and 65% of my insoluble fiber needs. A great way to also hydrate in the morning. That about 400 calories. I like to mix in 1/4-1/2 spoon of various flavor of ice cream every once in a while, taste great.

The best fiber addition!
This is by far my favorite fiber item I’ve had. They have a nice sweetness to them without being loaded with sugar. They are great texture to fruit and yogurt parfaits. I also enjoy just snacking on them instead of high calorie items like chip or crackers.

Great way to get your daily fiber
I usually buy this at my local grocery store, but they were out for a little while so I turned to Amazon. This was a great price. This cereal is a great way to get your extra fiber in at not a lot of calories. 90 calories for a serving. I eat it with my yogurt in the morning. It doesn't have a strong flavor so it's easy to like. I think it's a good healthy product.

Disappointed overseas shipping was needed for a common General Mills cereal like this. But the price was "OK". Boxes were beaten up a little, but the contents were in good shape.
