Can I apply part of it only to the back of the controller or does it wrap the whole thing?

That’s why we put the Map directions in there. It shows you where every single piece is within both rectangles. Some people get excited and toss that part aside but it shows exactly where those buttons and triggers are.

I have an xbox style controller for ps4 which grip style should i purchase?

Our Xbox one grip is specifically designed for the Offiical Xbox one controller so it may not fit either. I would suggest one of our generic grip kits like our 13 pc or the hexagon kits... thanks for the question!
