Good forearm workout tool, but the thread has to be little bit longer. It’s ok for this price range.

Good value. Product is just as marketed. The grip is nice, and the rope is slightly offset (which is a good thing) so when you're rolling it, it doesn't go too much to one side to mess up the weight distribution My 2kg sand-weights sit properly on the metal part. Will give a review after a month or so of using. The metal bit at the bottom looks like it can be prone to rusting once the paint starts wearing off, but for the price i don't see that as a problem. Can easily repaint it as required. Packing could've been better as a plastic bit on the end of my grips chipped off, but then again that's no big deal

good for 5kg 100kg boast is a lie don't fall for it!
A no buy product can't lift kettlebell and the rope clip snapped on 10 kg weight and the foam rotates when your twisting

Not worth the money, product returned.
Quality and construction is ok. The rope is too short - barely 30 inches, as opposed to the 55inches in product description. This is too short for an effective workout.

Overall best quality is good. The build is strong as well. The only issue I find is that the foam quality on the handle is not what I expected it can be improved.
