I really like these cups. Perfect size and keeps whatever your drinking hot or cold for an extended time. No, it won’t fit your cup holder but it’s wide enough for stability. The quality seems great and the lid works perfect!

I needed a 16oz unbreakable, non-plastic coffee mug. This has the look of a campfire mug, but that's where the similarities end. I need things to be well balanced and stable, as I am confined to a wheelchair, now. This mug keeps hot liquids hot, and cold liquids cold. With its brushed stainless finish, it makes it easier to hold it, also. A great mug for you, or as a gift. It's now my go-to mug for my morning coffee, as well as my afternoon tea! 😊 I like being this happy about a simple mug! Your coffee drinking friends will like it, also!

Doesn't really hold 16oz with the lid on like my previous 16oz mugs. The biggest downside for me is that I cannot reheat my coffee in the microwave as ghe mug is metal. No fault on the mug but a preference for me. As far as keeping the coffee hot it does a good job without transferring heat to the outer wall of the mug.

Very nice large size and the insulation works better than my previous thermal stainless cup.

This pair of stainless steel insulated coffee mugs did exceed my expectations. There is a very simple way to determine if a cup is insulated or NOT. Pour very hot water in the cup. Feel the outside of the cup if it gets warm or not. When I did so, the outside never got warm and remained at room temperature. When I do so with my coffee, it remains hot until finished while the cup itself never changed in temperature. For me that is sufficient proof this stainless steel cup is well insulated. Any loss of heat is from open mouth of the cup and never from the body. On top of that, it is built strong and very easy to clean. This is certainly a great buy that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Chillout Life Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Coffee Mug 16oz set of 2 are wonderful. I liked them so I ordered another set. I like the size cuz I really like a large mug of hot coffee in the morning. The mug does keep the coffee a lot warmer even with the lid off. I wash the mug in the dishwasher but hand wash the lids. I don't use the lids much except when I'm traveling. All in all, a great deal. Highly recommend. Also, I am a klutz and break all the ceramic ones.UPDATE: 2 months later. Well, they were nice until the bottoms started to peel away. I have contacted the company using the email address provided on Amazon as the 30-day window for returns has expired. In the description listed for this product stated a 5 year warranty. That was one of the reasons I purchased them. Will update again once I hear from Chillout company.UPDATE 3: The company stands by their product and they say it is designed well. They are sorry I no longer like the product. I sent pictures of the bottom sticker falling apart and glue on the others fraying. They said it was a cosmetic sticker which does not affect the product. Well, problem is that when it gets washed again, what's to keep the water from entering the thermal portion once that membrane is compromised, then mold can grow. It then becomes a health hazard. I asked for a refund and offered to mail the damaged mugs to them. They state they have a 5 year warranty. I have had the mugs for only 3 months. Not happy with the response of the company to make this right.UPDATE 4: The company Chill-out is unresponsive. Have not heard any further from them. The last word was the mugs are designed properly and too bad that I am not happy with them was their attitude. They did not address my concerns. They have not been helpful at all. Cannot recommend these mugs that are falling apart with only 3 months usage. The mugs themselves are not dishwasher safe. The mugs are a health hazard when mold gets between the thermal layer and cup since the stickers do not stay put. And the company does not stand by their 5 year warranty. That is untruthful and false advertising.
