Great for baguettes, fits into our standard oven neatly and the bread never sticks. I tend to lightly flour it before the dough goes on for the second rise, and then dust it off when cooled. Been used a dozen or so times now and the bread just slides off once out of the oven.

Certainly produce good results, nice crisp edges, correct texture inside. A bit expensive though.

This tin is robust and excellent for the purpose it is made for. There is also a small booklet with recipes to help you along. I have tested the tin up to 200c Gas 6 and had no warping and the buns fall out each time. Easy to clean and Easy to make uniformed hot dog or Cream buns every time

I’m pleased that I bought it. I always rub a bit of oil before baking just in case, and the breads never stick. I am a beginner with baking and learn to make my Vietnamese baguettes from youtube only, and this tray makes things so much easier. Amazon price is very good and it’s a branded tray with correct illustration photos, not like some other sellers giving confusions with google images

Ich habe diese Form im November 2022 gekauft und sehr oft in Gebrauch. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Es hängt nichts an; die Beschichtung ist genauso wie beim ersten Mal. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Wenn es mal kaputt gehen sollte, würde ich es sofort wieder bestellen. Deswegen volle Punktzahl.

Ho acquistato questa teglia più di sei mesi fa e da allora la sto usando una volta a settimana, senza riscontrare inconvenienti. Non posso che dirne bene: il rivestimento antiaderente è come se fosse nuovo, la densità dei forellini è molto elevata ed a mio parere adeguata ad ottenere una cottura perfetta. Uso la teglia con la carta forno perché adopero un impasto piuttosto idratato e oliato, in questo modo mi risparmio del tempo nel pulirla dopo che ho sfornato. Nella confezione c'è anche un pieghevole multilingua con due ricette, per preparare la baguette liscia e quella con cipolle ... la procedura descritta richiede tempo ma non è così complicata, e posso assicurare che il risultato finale è superbo. Io uso il lievito madre, quindi ho dovuto minimamente adattare la ricetta proposta, ma fondamentalmente ho seguito gli stessi passi. Dopo due mesi ho comprato un'altra teglia per regalarla a una coppia di amici, appassionati del pane in casa, e sono stati molto felici del dono, e so che la adoperano di continuo per preparare filoncini di pane integrale :) Per il momento, non vedo motivi per assegnare meno di cinque stelle.

Sehr schoene From. Ich habe gestgestellt, mit ca 100-110gr rohen Teig und nach ca 2 Stunden gehzeit, haben die Buns/Broetchen die perfekte Form und Fuelle. Was richtig ist: Das Backgut kann kleben bleiben. Das passiert aber auch, wenn man einfach nur Backpapier verwendet. Was dagegen hilft? Bevor man den rohen Teig einsetzt und gehen laesst, kann man das Blech einfach leicht einoelen. Danach fallen die Buns von selbst heraus. Spuelmaschine ist auch kein Problem fuer das Blech. Wird schoen sauber und die Beschichtung bleibt erhalten.
