Accountability
Trying to ensure the real is conducting their patrols on a routine basis. This helps, for sure. It’s not super high tech, but it gets the job done

System failure
Not charging at all and that’s the first time I open the box since purchased in August

Does not work!
The Guard Patrol Readers do not work. I installed the Software and connected the first reader. I received a communication failed message. I connected the second reader, I received another communication failed message. I tried to awaken both readers, I received communication failed messages. I contacted JWM about the non function readers. I received Software which I installed. The same thing happened after I installed the new Software. Both readers failed to communicate with the Software. (SEE ATTACHED SCREEN SHOTS)
