Merrell Men's Forestbound Mid WaterproofHigh Rise Hiking Boots

I use Merrell Glove 4/5/7 for running and needed some new walking boots. All i can say is they 100% live up to my previous experience. They were an exact fit (6.5) allowing room for my chunky socks. Perfect on all terrain & so comfortable that i forgot i was wearing them. I nailed 20k to break them in & it's as though i had been wearing them for months. Extreme comfort, 100% waterproof through thick mud and puddles. For the price - all round excellent.

I walk..alot.. around a million steps a year. This is the best lightweights medium boot I have ever had for walking. Sturdy ,but might, tough but comfortable. Had them 5 months about.. Not one wet sock in a wet summer..very waterproof and excellent grip for walking, standing or moving about in undulating terrain. An excellent purchase

Did a 12 km hike in the rain today , very good footing , and grip , so comfortable and fits like a glove , not rubbing or discomfort , also good price I paid was on offer for £63.01 ,a steal at this price ,only downside is that that I nearly slipped twice walking inadvertently on the metal drains on the pavements , best to avoid walking on the metal or slippery surfaces, these will be good for hiking in the mountains and rocks , I will use the vibram outsole shoes for the wet weather , will wear these on dry hikes from now , I still highly recommend them due to the incredible comfort when wearing these. Highly recommended.

Nice, comfortable, light, fitting shoes should be taken one size bigger. The quality is satisfactory, but in my opinion the sole is too soft and the skin is too delicate for mountain sports, unfortunately, and that's why I returned it.

Expensive but long lasting & very strong. If ur good all rounders. Waterproof &comfortable.

These are without doubt the most comfortable boots I have ever owned and from that perspective they are everything you would expect from a brand such as Merrel. Sadly they are as waterproof as my Crocks and anything from damp grass or moorland to a heavyish rain shower will have your feet feeling soggy within a couple of minutes. I have worn these extensively in dry conditions over the winter and through the spring, but have now had wet feet on three occasions within the last week, in conditions in conditions the boots should have dealt with easily. There is no point having walking boots if they are not waterproof, especially at this price. So disappointed Merrel!

These boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. It is great that amazon do half size too. I am normally an 8 but they felt a little too snug but 8.5 were perfect. Makes a big difference and not many places do half sizes.

I'm now onto my third pair of these (would have been two pairs but there was a special offer). I wear them daily for walking my dog, averaging about 3.25 miles a day. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear, have good grip and are initially waterproof for typical walking conditions. However, with each of my first two pairs, after about 10 months the seam by the ball of the foot opened up and the boots therefore began to let in water. I have attached a photo of this. This happened on both boots of both pairs. This is a shame as they have plenty of tread left on the soles. They remain functional for walking in dry conditions but are useless in the wet. I'm not an expert in boot design but it seems to me that putting a stitched seam at the point where the foot flexes the most during walking is not ideal. When I next buy walking boots I will look more closely at the placement of the seams. Maybe I'm expecting too much at this price point but I had hoped to get more than 1000 miles walking out of these otherwise really good boots.

C'est un des modèles de chaussures des plus résistant que j'ai pu acheté. Résistances a l'usure, a la déformation, j'ai acheter la première fois cette marque chez INT......ORT, elle mon plu. C'est ma deuxième paires et 10 mois d'utilisation intensive en randonné et canicross (la deuxiéme paire arrive en fin de service). J'ai suivi avec Columbia. Je retourne chez Merrell.

Son muy comodas, cubren bien ahora solo falta ver cuanto duran

Diesen Wanderschuh habe ich als Ersatz für meinen zurück geschickten, Higgins, bestellt. Die Firma Merrell habe ich bewußt gewählt denn sie stellt sehr gute Schuhe und in einer guten Qualität her. Vorsorglich habe ich ihn in der Größe 45, statt44,5, bestellt und habe mit der für mich entsprechenden Größe Richtig gelegen. Seit 5 Tagen habe ich ihn regelmäßig angezogen und bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Schuh. relativ leicht und auch sehr bequem. Je nach der Art des wanderns kann ich diesen Schuh empfehlen, ich ziehe ihn fast jeden Tag an und habe diesen Kauf nicht bereut!

Trovo che le Merrell siano sempre il top...mai avuto delusioni...ve le consiglio
