A Yogic Path Reflective Journal

I recently discovered one of the most beautiful journals and I am in love with it. The cards that are meant to be used with the journal are sold separately, but both are well worth the investment. I've been using this journal for just a couple of months and it's become a daily staple that keeps me grounded in the mornings. The quality of the journal is top-notch, making it feel like a fancy one. The only downside is that it isn't up to date for 2023, (moon phases) but it's not essential to the journal's appeal or benefits. The journal is undated, so you can start your journey with it anytime! Would highly recommend for anyone who is on a spiritual journey!

I love that I have this to use alongside my planner and journal! When I’m not looking to write much but want that grounding experience of reflection and anchoring in for the day, this makes it so simple. Gorgeous format. I say use it with whatever deck you feel called to that day, but would def. recommend using the Yogic Path deck for monthly spreads, which I show in the pics. Honestly, the stickers are amazing, I would prefer a couple more sets of the cards rather than the more graphic stickers offered, but they are beautiful and useful as well. Maybe some stickers sets could be made to really make this an on going practice, ok people, I hear you...but I grew up having Lisa Frank sticker box collections and that shit is amazing. SO MORE STICKERS! ok, I think I’m good now. Grab this journal, I totally recommend if you are devoted to your spiritual practice and struggle with routine.

I absolutely love Sahara's reflective journal! Instead of writing my thoughts down on random pieces of paper, I now have this gorgeous bound booklet that includes daily affirmations, intentions, and end of the day reflections on each page. I appreciate how each month has a new theme or card ( I highly recommend purchasing the Yogi deck to get the most out of it!) to meditate on and how she breaks down ayurvedic practices, how moon cycles affect the woman's monthly flow, and the difference between Vedic and western astrology...It all ties together so beautifully! Oh, and she included super cute stickers as well (yes, i'm almost 30 and still enjoy stickers! don't judge!) :)

So excited for this! I bought the oracle deck last year and it is my favorite deck! I have been learning about Ayurveda for almost 2 years. The oracle deck and this journal provide a way for me to learn while practicing. It is a beautiful combination of the cards and a space to track my moon cycles, astrology, energy patterns, and a wonderfully organized place to document it all as I continue to create spiritual practices and sacred self care practices into my daily life. Oh my Goddess! This is such a beautiful journal It is organized in a way that you can start any time of the year which is a huge plus. They daily prompts are thoughtful, yet simple. Personally, I’m someone that struggles with consistency and this will definitely help keep me accountable without overwhelming me. The artwork is beautiful and the journal itself is very well constructed. It pairs with A Yogic Path Oracle deck which is also magnificent. Seriously, I purchased the deck last year and ended up gifting it to SO many people. So excited to put this into practice!

I’ve used many reflective journals but nothing like this one. I love how the journal has a designated places for morning card pulls and for you to reflect a bit deeper. I absolutely love the quality of the journal as well. Not to mention that it’s visually appealing! The images that are included are so fun and beautiful, I love it. Thanks so much Sahara! I got this journal right on my birthday, perfect timing. I highly recommend this journal if you’re looking for a way to align to your highest self.

Beautifully written planner that helps ground and settle you into your day. It also contains a PM portion for additional reflection, which I appreciate. For me, the bonus feature is incorporating a card pull from Sahara's corresponding "A Yogic Path" deck plus tracking your female cycle in Ayurvedic terms. This is the first journal/planner that I've used which incorporates these features and it all works so seamless! 10/10 recommend, especially if you're just embarking on your spiritual journey like me! Get ready to transform :)

I love that this is a super easy daily check in. For the first time I have ever stuck with a journal for 3 weeks. I don't feel like I have to spend a lot of time with it, but if I want to, I can sit and expand on the monthly prompts. It's easy, has tid bits of information and it gorgeous! The spiral bound is cool too.

I love this journal.. only issue is there is no instructions for us women past our child bearing years. Journal is well made and recommend also getting the beautiful cards that go with this journal. They gave me a beautiful insight first reading.

This. IS. BEAUTIFUL! I’ve been searching for a meditation journal and I’m glad I waited. I was ecstatic when I saw that Sahara Rose released this reflective journal to go with the yogic path oracle deck. I own the deck and love it, so I figured the journal would be a nice addition to add with the oracle deck. However, this is not just an addition to the yogic path deck, it in itself is a beautiful work of art that allows you to dive deeply into the reflective self with using doshas and Ayurvedic energy types. Not only does the author elaborate on these but encompasses yoga, menstural cycles, moon cycles, astrology, and daily card pulls (from the yogic path oracle which you already own of course!) into a daily reflective practice. And! Here’s the best part!!! Sahara designed the journal with versatility, months and dates can be filled in openly! You also get moon cycles, retrogrades and other additional tidbits for the end of 2020, and all of 2021 and 2022. That means this reflective journal can be your companion for years not just one year. Plus you get the beautiful art of Danielle Noel with epic stickers (cause who doesn’t love stickers!) Given everything this journal comes with and how long you can use it I’d say that it’s not only a perfect companion for your daily spiritual practice but day to day life as well!

I have started my Journey with Sahara Rose in 2020 when my digestion, hormonal imbalance, lack of energy guided me to discover Ayurveda. It instantly made sense to me everything Sahara was saying. So I have followed my intuition and started learning a bit of Ayurveda and most importantly I have changed the way I was eating by cooking from Eat Feel Fresh and doing tongue scratching (which I Highly recommend as an everyday routine). These not only led me to more self-care and self-love rituals, but it has improved my energy levels, my sleep and my meditation. Because so many beautiful things started to happen in my life, I have ordered the Yogic Path Cards & Journal. These two tools have taken my life to a whole other level. It helps me stay connected to myself, makes me eager to sit down on my meditation pillow and to see what comes through. It helps me keep my journal & life organised and I can set my intentions for that month, work with the Goddesses, track my period and how I feel. It's been two months since I started using the journal and the cards and all I can say it's a beautiful ride. But this is not all. I have also joined Rose Gold Goddesses and I have been so mind blown by the beauty, the joy, the topics, the Goddesses inside this community. For example, one thing from the community that really helped me is the Healing through Dance workshop which really made so much sense to me and it helped me give another meaning to dance. Now dance is a tool for meditation, for re-connecting to my own body, for moving the stuck energy in different areas of my body, for self-confidence and self-discovery. The benefits of dance from Sahara's perspective are endless. It just really depends how it works for you and how in tune you are with your body. If you have made it all the way here, it means you have a "thing" for Sahara as well and everything she is creating. If you feel attracted, join the community, or get the book, or the cards, or the journal. Un diario davvero ben fatto, basato sull'ayurveda che ci dà diversi strumenti per capire meglio noi stesse (lo schema delle fasi del ciclo ad esempio). Il diario non è datato proprio per iniziarlo quando si vuole, è diviso per temi e ogni giorno bastano pochi minuti per scrivere rispondendo agli input dell'autrice. Da utilizzare insieme alle carte per una maggiore completezza. Alla fine ha anche tanti adesivi 😍 fantastico!
