The refurbished product HW spec is good, but the description "like new" was not true, the cover had a big "children's scratching", then they just used a full cover sticker to stick on top of the lid to cover the entire lid. After I received it, I thought the sticker is a protective film so I rip it off then to discover the big gibberish scratches. I could not reapply the sticker as it is now rinkled so we had to live with the scratch. But anyway it didn't affect the functionality of the machine and afterall it is "used" so I didn't complain. After just about 2 months of using, one day the left corner of the screen started showing a few lines on the liquid crystal, then a few minutes later the upper left corner (a triangle) area is no longer showing the image, and then a few more minutes later, the triangle enlarges to about half of the screen. We had to return the product. They do not fix the product and had no replacement.
