where can I buy more square net pots from you?

Amazon has them, search for LAPOND 100-pack square Hydroponic Cups garden slotted net cups 1.85 inch. They are identical to the ones that come with the kit.

Using indoors. What type ( how strong) of grow lights? Will one light on top be good or do I need lights for all 3 layers?

I’m using vivosun 8 bulb t5 light right above it and the light doesn’t really penetrate that well because the tube inline with each other and blocks the light.

Is the pvc type you use labeled "safe for food"? does your pvc contain phthalates?

I have used this system for two years without a problem. though the previous answer is correct it is not Schedule 40 PVC. I 3d printed an adapter to 1" inner diameter scheduled 40 PVC to customize my runoff.
