The custom buttons are actually great quality! They were bigger than I thought they'd be, but fits well and the print quality is well done!

Best customer service and an amazing product! USPS wouldn’t deliver our package, even though the address was correct, and sent it back. I reached out to Monkey Duo to see if it could be rerouted to a different address, but USPS said no. Monkey Duo went above and beyond and reprinted and shipped brand-new pins for us at no hassle or cost to us. Even with snowy weather, the pins arrived just in time for our event. When we opened them, they completely exceeded our expectations. For the price, I honestly never imagined the quality would be this good. Incredible service, beautiful product, and a company that truly cares. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

The quality is good, and the colors are true to tone; however, the margins along the edges are uneven—wider in some spots and narrower in others—meaning the image isn't perfectly centered. I hope to see improvements in this regard when I place my next order. Thank you.
