Disappointing
I'm not thrilled with the device.It keeps disconnecting. When you try to reconnect, the device won't reconnect unless you unpair and then pair it with your phone again. This is tedious and annoying.The app is not very intuitive. The help documentation was not very helpful and poorly explained.The cradle that holds your phone doesn't really extend backwards enough to make viewing the phone's screen comfortable. I have to angle my hands downwards to be able to see the screen. I wish I could just push it back a little more to make the viewing experience more natural.It's almost impossible to aim well because the right trigger stick is just way too sensitive - I have adjusted the sensitivity and it's still not helpful enough. I used to play shooting games on the Xbox so I'm used to shooting with a controller. Somehow, this device just doesn't allow you to aim the way you would with an Xbox controller. I know there's always a learning curve - for this device, the learning curve is pretty steep.I really wanted to like this device because I want to be able to play mobile games better but it just didn't live up to the other reviews here. Just disappointing...

Do your homework and keep shopping.
Very nice controler but flakey to use/setup.Very small list of pre configured games.Could not figure out how to use as usb joypad without app.Tried on multiple devices IOS/Android.Even tried using it with my Linux box, again very non-user friendly.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND

Works great when it works, about 10 percent of the time. Mostly the buttons do the wrong things even when configured correctly.

My son loves to play games on his phone this remote control makes it that much more convenient for him. The remote works well just as if you were playing a game console

Waste of money
It only worked for two months.. Then when I tried to use my warranty it said it wasn't covered. Wasn't dropped or anything. And it doesn't work for new phones so don't waste your money..

I f****d up and wrote a review for the wrong thing (awkward). Bought this for my husband so he could play COD in bed on his phone- he loves it.
