DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Purchased this product in December of last year. Put it in the machine and then yesterday the machine read that it was depleted and needs to be replaced. It is HALF FULL! I contacted seller and their response was that it was out of the Amazon return window. WHAT! This is not a typical return...it was a defective product. There was no offer to replace it. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SELLER.

Item Received is not a genuine Riso product that what was pictured or described in the ad. I have had trouble with the machine recognizing the ink tube. I received the item pictured. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN!
