CAPACITY IS NOT AS GREAT AS AT FIRST SIGHT
Well made item and it looks good on the worktop, where it would pass for a cannister containing tea, rice or biscuits etc. By virtue of the flip lid which, when in operation dips into the bin by over an inch, the capacity is thereby reduced and the bin needs emptying when 3/4 full, which happens rather more quickly than I'd imagined. Otherwise, it's a useful and worthwhile product for short-term storing of compostable waste separate from general waste.

very nice small bin for guest toilets
i was looking for a very small bin for guest toilets as space not very big and not used on daily basis and found this product that was meeting all my expectation. the material is definitely very good quality (not cheap plastic like most of those bins). the only challenge is that there is no bin bags that can fit to the bin (all too big) which is a shame as found more hygienic.

Great little worktop bin for teabags. Saves walking across the kitchen with a dripping teabag every time you make a drink. Will easily hold 15 to 20 bags before you need to empty it

Tiny bin
Was just the size I wanted for my small bathroom but I didn’t take into account its flip-type lid which takes up about a third of the space inside when being flipped. This means effectively it has a very small capacity. It is also a little tricky to get the lid off when retrieving the contents. A different lid type would be an improvement.
