I think it’s working…I take one pill an hour before bed. I seem to sleep better. My aches and pains seem better. I’ve orderedthe Montmorency cherry when I finish these as I’ve learned there could be even more benefits.

Made me sleepier than I anticipated
I would give this 5 stars if I wanted to sleep but I wanted to take this for inflammation and had to stop taking it because I did not realize it had the addition of sleep aids. I had a lot of difficulty waking up and I was sleeping too late. So, I suppose , in my experience, if you need something for sleep and inflammation, this would be the supplement to take.
