I don't think I received one. So no. But I put the paperwork away quite a while back. Gauge works great.

Does know the max flow rate for this regulator?

I do not know the max flow but do know it will keep up on a oxy propane set up cutting 1/2 3/4 and 1 inch and not miss a beat

Why is the regulator so hard to turn after reaching only 200 psi?

I can’t explain why it’s hard to adjust the regulator beyond 200 psi other than it’s the mechanical mechanism. Mine is the same and in fact only adjusts to 300psi maximum, not the 400 psi advertised. If 300 psi is ok then the regulator is ok…. It’s not a precision instrument and nor is it expensive.

Doesn’t fit uk hobbyweld cylinder

Reasonable quality for the price but thread 2mm bigger than my Hobbyweld Nitrogen cylinder. Easy to return however.

Extremely disappointed

Main cylinder pressure gauge was completely bent and no noticeable damage on the packing. Very weak structure. The line pressure gauge needle was below the stopper pin. Was a cheap gamble and didn't pay off.

Quality regulator . Like others have stated, I was only able to reach 450 PSI before the safety release came on. It worked for me but if you need 600 PSI , look at others that list 800 PSI
