It came fast and it did what it was supposed to do.

This plan is worth the money. Bought it for a family member

Served it's purpose.

It is good that Amazon offers this item. It does ship from TracFone. And I normally did get the item within two or three days of ordering it. The only suggestion is that it would be nice if Amazon would sell the electronic e-codes for the refill too.

Doesn't work and bad technical support and customer service. They speak very poor English and are not in any way trained or knowledgeable about their products. Took my money for the monthly plan and blocked my service!!! Their app it's useless and, of course, it doesn't work. They can't be reached nor do they conduct any communication via email. Just long waits for useless and unprofessional phone "support" or physical PO Box (?what??) for written communication... After 45 minutes on the phone and 2 chat conversations (with considerable waiting times) I was given some general instructions that did not work and did not solve anything. Now I can't contact them at all! And I still can't use the phone - no calls, bo texts, just as a mini pad on wifi... Will report this to BBB and the Amazon division. Their business practices are shady at best. Absolutely unacceptable!

It got delivered on time and although I haven't used it yet, I will be using it for the phone.

These phones and plans are perfect for my 10 year old daughter. I have the ability to track all of her activity and can cancel the plan at anytime if she needs to have the fun taken away.
