Works great!
I use this along with the tea tree soap that they sell and it takes care of the soft body insects quickly. This also helps keep the leaves clean and smells great! Highly recommend!

It wonโt dry out your skin
Similar to Dr Bronner peppermint soap just a couple of dollars cheaper. I shower with this for a clean and refreshing bath then rinse. I prefer not to have lotions or oils on my shower gel/soap. You will definitely feel smell and look clean afterwards.

Strong Peppermint Scent With a Clean, Cooling Feel
This Castile soap has a bold peppermint scent that feels very clean and refreshing. It provides a noticeable cooling effect and works well for everyday body washing. The formula feels gentle overall, and it doesnโt leave skin feeling greasy or coated. Itโs concentrated, so you donโt need much per use, which makes the bottle last a long time. Itโs great if you like minty, energizing soaps, especially during warmer months or after workouts.

Love this peppermint soap
I absolutely love Dr Woods peppermint Castile soap- I use it every single day. I canโt find it anywhere local but glad that Amazon has it in a set of 3 bottles. I took off one star for shipping because while all three were wrapped inside a poly envelope/bag and packaged with paper in a box- all 3 had loose tops, so each bottle was coated in soap.

Low Foaming, Cleans GREAT, Wonderful Scent!
Over the past few years, I have been moving more and more away from the harsh chemical cleaners and products throughout our home. Dr.Woods Products Peppermint Castile Soap is one item that will have many "duties" to help lessen the chemicals in our house! I pour Dr.Woods Products Peppermint Castile Soap straight into the soap dispenser for the kitchen sink, and it works like a CHAMP on our dirty dinner dishes and pans. The low foam is a great benefit, as we live in a drought stricken area where running the water for an additional five minutes to get the foam down the drain would be a serious Negative! We filled the individual soap dispensers in the bathrooms, and the scent of peppermint is enjoyed by our guests. I've had several comments about it, since we use a plain dispenser that doesn't advertise the name brand. Everyone seems to like the scent! Mixing a few drops of Dr.Woods Products Peppermint Castile Soap with some vinegar and water, makes for a cheap and effective refill for my Swiffer Wet-Jet and when combined with a micro-fibre towel instead of the disposable Wet-Jet pad... makes for a smaller Eco Footprint. Cleans the floors well, and leaves a "minty salad" scent. (Eh, it is vinegar, what do you expect. It fades quickly, and actually reduces the standard house-dog odor! LOL!) I used a dollop of it on a coffee dribble down the front of my shirt the other day, as a pre-treater. Not sure if it removed the stain, or if my home-made laundry soap did the trick. But the dribble mark is gone. I'll have to experiment with it as a pre-treater & get back to y'all on this one. Over the years, I have used Castile for many uses... any place that you would use a soap-type product, Dr.Woods Products Peppermint Castile Soap would work perfectly! Get inventive and see how many ways you can save yourself money and exposure to harsh or toxic chemicals!

Soooooo wonderful!
I have used both this brand and the other Doc's products on and off for a while now and honestly, I prefer this Peppermint to the other. This is a more mellow mint which is great as I use it as a body and face wash, and the Dr. B's can get too overpowering that way. I also use this in foaming hand soap dispensers all over the house (mix just a few tbsps of it with water and it foams up nicely) and it rinses clean and smells just strong enough that I can tell whether my daughters have actually washed their hands. Lol Besides all of this, the price is fantastic in comparison, and as a Mommy that scores big points in my book. I also like their other scents. The almond smells AHmazing, the tea tree..well it smells like tea tree, which stinks no matter what you do to it but it makes a good face wash for my teen, and the unscented can be used as a safe dog shampoo, so yay for Dr. W!!!!

Decent but not worth a second try
As basic a body wash as there is. I got it to compare it to Dr Bronner's. Woods requires way too much to get a decent lather compared to Bronner's, which means you will go through it more quickly. No mint sensation or scent in Woods compared to Bronner's. Woods is thicker than bronners, but that doesn't do you any good if you need ten times the amount to get a good lather going. I found myself pouring more on my cloth with Woods, something I never did with Bronner's. From all that I have read, Bronner's is more versatile. All in all, I'd pay the few dollars difference for Bronner's. I'll finish Woods but never use it again. I like the sensation Bronner's give me during and after a shower.

A Natural Option for Toothpaste
I bought this brand of castille soap, as it was less expensive than Dr. Brommers, on sale, vegan & cruelty-free. I use it as a natural toothpaste mixed with essential oils three times per day. It works wonderfully, lathers well & cleans the teeth & mouth just as well as any store bought toothpaste, but without the fluoride. I use it with a drop of clove or peppermint oil on the toothbrush & it freshens the mouth beautifully in addition to the DIY mouthwash that I made. If you prefer not to use any essential oil, the taste is rather bland, indicative of a castille soap, but my no means does it taste like soap, as the name implies. I have found that this concoction also maintains healthy mouth flora, prevents cavities, maintains healthy, white teeth & fresh breath. I have not used traditional toothpaste in years; only essential oils, DIY mouthwashes & natural toothpaste, and I have not had any cavities. In fact, both the dentist & hygienist told me that my teeth are always clean & very rarely have plaque. That said, I do floss daily & use an electric toothbrush twice per week as part of my teeth & mouth care regimen. It has been 6 months since I purchased Dr. Woods castille soap. With daily use, only 1/3 of the bottle has been used. At this rate, the bottle should last about 18 months, which is more cost effective than purchasing individual tubes of natural toothpaste. That said, prices have increased, so one would have to do the math to see if this still applies.

I love the product, this is my second time purchasing this product. Very, very happy I think it's just as good as more expensive similar products.
