Baja Calidad del producto

Por razones de tiempo no pude informar sobre la calidad del producto , a las 3 semanas de utilizar el producto se despegó en un 70 % la suela , lamentablemente no estoy contento con el producto , por razones de tiempo como dije y también de información no se que hacer ya q el producto ya fue utilizado y también traté de repararlo por mi medios no tuve mucho éxito , gracias
