Just needed a new battery. Now the headphones work perfectly again. Quick delivery on the batteries!

I assume this is good. Our issue was not with the battery. But now we have an extra battery when needed.

This battery may not work on an older model headset.
I have two of the white Somolio TV Headsets (I loved the first one and ordered another for the guest room). I got excellent use of the one in my living room, but the one in the guest room didn't get as much use due to COVID. Strangely, both headsets quit working during the same week! I ordered one of the suggested replacement batteries, and it works just fine in the living room headset. I then ordered another replacement battery for the guest room headset, but the replacement batteries have a different shape where the battery connects with the headset. The first replacement battery had the same mismatch, but it made sufficient contact and is still working as it should. I am keeping the extra battery hoping it will still be good when the first replacement battery gives out. I think these headsets are wonderful because the controls are easy to set, they are so lightweight I sometimes forget I have them on, and they have better sound quality than my hearing aids, which distort the sound.

don''t shortcut the initial charge.
The Battery needs a long charge before it will work efficiently. Once charged (two days) it works flawlessly.

Perfectos y cómodos
Lástima de no haberlos conocido antes. Son supercómodos y tienen una audición muy clara. Me gustan mucho y ocupan muy poco espacio. Son ligeros y agradables de usar.
