How do I turn it off?

There is a small on/off switch on the back of each light. If you turned it on you would turn it off the same way. It's very small but it protrudes from the back of each led light and slides back and forth

I lost my instructions for this. How do you change the light settings to be random colors and not just one color?

On mine you just go thru the colors until it gets to the end and the last color is the random setting.
