The best gluten free pasta I've tried yet.
This is the best gluten free pasta I've bought by far. It's so good I don't need to cook separate pastas anymore, I just use this one. The texture is great and there is no gloopiness that I have found with other makes. It tastes great too. Expensive compared to normal pasta but I'd rather buy this than one from a supermarket. I'm hoping they will do lasagne sheets too.

For a gluten free pasta these are delicious. You can tell the difference between this and supermarket pasta. The quality is fantastic. They take forever to cook, that's my only issue so I've only had them once! I prefer my pasta al dente and still these took over 20 minutes.

Good GF Pasta
The best GF pasta product for money there is in the market ; and I have been through a bunch. Kids love it even the ones that don’t need GF diet. It works really well for creamy pasta or tomato based pasta recipe; but be carful not to overcook to prevent mushy outcomes.

The best and most interesting range of gluten free pasta!
I've been gluten intolerant for 5 years now, and had finally come to terms with the fact I'd never have much variety or anything close to 'real' pasta again. Even in the biggest, fanciest, supermarkets there's 4 gf pasta shape options if you're lucky ... but this is a game changer!! Amazon advertised this to me as something I might like - and it was on offer (amazing)- so I ordered two different shapes to try and was delighted to discover how similar to 'real' pasta this tasted and felt. Since then I've been back and ordered nearly all of the different shapes.

The only GF pasta I will buy
I have tried so many brands of GF flour, and the types that contain just rice anf corn just disintegrate and go mushy. The quinoa flour in the Garafalo GF pastas seem to give them more stability, and they taste great too!
