Happy with this weighted vest!
Purchased the 12 lb version of this vest without shoulder pads and have walked with it on three times, two of which were over 10,000 steps. I got this vest to make walks more challenging and it does just that! And it is very comfortable even without the shoulder pads. I’m 5’3” and it fits me well. I also like the phone holder and reflective patch on the front.

That's me wearing the vest upside down!! I would definitely recommend putting instructions with the package because I had to Google numerous sites to find out the proper wear of this vest. I got serious chafing on my back wearing it the wrong way but I will still give it a five because once I figured it out, I absolutely love it. I wear it on my shorter runs and at the gym.

Get the other design
I think it's just the design of the vest. I thought this kind would be easier to run with but now I'm thinking that the original over the chest/back would have been better. It does the job tho. It just tends to slide down my shoulders a lot.
