Question 1

I would like to order a case but need to know the Manufacture Date on the Box. They have a 10 year shelf life, before the U.S. Military throws them out...I know.

I can not answer that question, sorry.  What I ordered were 2 sets of MRE Box 1-12 and 13-24 What I got was a random packed product with several repeated meals and short 1 meal.  The seller had me return the order to resolve with a proper shipment.  They choose to refund my order because they could not fill the order as advertised.  What I was told is the meals come in all mixed up and they put 12 in a box and send them out.  Sounds like pot luck and there may be many differences, in the set sent to me there were 2 different releases of the same meal with different packaging.   I was told they would send me the correct order when I returned the bad one.  They did not contact me to speak about the refund, they just refunded my money without consulting me.  I did not find them to be easy to work with and I would not recommend them.

OMG, they look like repackaged MRE's from the 1980s. Does it include Chicken Ala King and Dehydrated Pork and/or Beef Patties?

They look nothing like the MREs I ate in the '80s! They had a 4 pack of Winston cigarettes with each meal. I especially liked the John Wayne cookie.

Some of the packaging art was different which leads me to believe they are from different years.  I think all of them are post 2007 but I'm almost positive they aren't 2014

This seller is engaging in false advertising and near fraudulent (if not outright fraudulent) business practices.  This seller is advertising TRUE BLUE/100% legitimate military issued MRE's yet we (the buyers) are receiving nothing of the like (at least not most of us).  So why is Amazon permitting this vendor to persist here?

There are several manufacturers (at least 3 the last time I checked) of US military MREs, including Sopacko & Wornack. Mil-Spec isn’t a provider of military MREs, I’ve never even heard of them. Mil-spec is more of a term than an actual company. You can easily tell what year they were manufactured by the menus, and they should have a red dot inspection sticker on them, although occasionally I have received some that were fine which didn’t.

If you’re going to accuse someone of something, have evidence to back it up, and share your proof, otherwise no one is going to believe you.
