Yes, this pillow is very expensive, but it is expensive for a reason. Save up your money if you need a good quality leg rest because this is worth the investment. The height is a little high up For sleeping with your legs under a sheet and blanket, but the height is perfect for the best blood and fluid drainage. This pillow has done wonders with reducing the swelling And keeping my legs looking normal. The lower part where my thighs rest is a perfect fit and it has a comfortable slope that is high but not too high. and I love how the upper part has an indentation that makes a comfortable part for your calves to rest. The foam that this pillow is made out of is lightweight but somehow very strong. It lifts and supports my bulky legs like they barely weigh anything, but it's still soft enough to wear the pillow is very comfortable, and it holds my legs in place all through the night. Also, the nonslip grip on the bottom is genius! It's so comfortable that I have gotten used to sleeping with my legs out of the covers and I fall asleep easily and comfortably with this leg rest. It feels luxurious. I would recommend this pillow to even those who don't have a vein problem because it's just so comfortable. So save up your money, vascular disease sufferers. Get this pillow. And watch your legs look more normal and feel healthier.

Game changer. It’s pricey BUT has made a huge difference in my knee surgery recovery. Previous to the purchase I was stacking pillows to keep my leg elevated but this caused a misalignment of my leg, hip & back. So, if my knee wasn’t hurting, I was having leg, back & sciatic nerve pain. First night I used the pillow, I slept through the entire night with nothing hurting. I can actually get comfortable throughout the day when I’m supposed to be resting/elevating the leg. Plus swelling is way down. Highly recommend.

My legs are heavy. Like. Really heavy. For reference, I am 5"10, 290 lbs, and I have Lipedema and daily leg swelling and pain. I can never stack pillows high enough or use a wedge pillow that has enough strength to support my legs until I got this pillow. It is so comfortable too. The fabric is NOT like that itchy, thin material that is on most medical elevation pillows. It's thick and soft. I am beyond impressed with this pillow! The price is a little high but I definitely think it is worth it and I highly recommend it to those, like me, who have heavy, swollen, exhausted legs.

This is expensive for a foam cushion but it is very comfortable and does what it is designed to do well. My lower legs feel better after using it more than they did with other pillows or cushions.

I've been propping legs with multiple pillows for serious edema issue. Decided to buy a prop and looked at all out there on Amazon. Yes, this one is pricy, but from the very first minute using it, I felt super supported, properly elevated and comfortable as possible. It's firm, I bought the large and the fit is perfect for me at 5'7, over 200#. The cover looks well made, has gripping bottom cover that stays put on my leather recliner and can be removed and washed.

I am extremely happy with this elevation pillow. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to pay a bit more for it compared to other products on here, but I think it was well worth it. This is the only pillow that I saw that offers a higher elevation. I have been struggling with some swelling in my ankles and lower legs, but since using it nightly, the swelling has improved a lot. Some swelling does still happen during the day, but it has improved significantly and is reduced by morning.
