Works great. I used for professional photos and it was so easy to use. However, you still need to be careful and don’t completely stick it, as some parts can get stuck to it.

This is solid, professional-quality framing tape and works very well for artwork and prints. Important note for anyone considering it: this tape does not tear by hand. It’s similar to strong double-sided 3M-style tape — you’ll want scissors to cut it. Once cut, you lay it down and then peel back the liner to expose the second adhesive side. I used it to secure mats and artwork inside frames, and it held everything firmly in place. It feels sturdy and “gummy” in a good way — strong adhesion without feeling cheap or flimsy. In some spots, I even used just one side and concealed the liner behind the mat, which worked perfectly depending on the placement. Most importantly, it’s acid free, which is exactly what you want when framing artwork you plan to keep long term. It holds well, stays flat, and gives a clean, professional result. Great tape if you’re framing prints, photos, or lithographs and want to do it the right way — just be prepared to cut it rather than tear it.

Framing art is often costly and always surprises me when I visit a professional framer. I had several pictures that either required the glass to be replaced with UV protective glass or had the backing ripped. I ordered this tape to replace the backing, and it worked so well. I am beyond impressed with the strength of the adhesion. I used the acid free backing paper and am going to be ordering more of this tape for future fixes.

Works perfectly.

Works great for putting dust covers on picture frames or even for hand-tippihg photos to note cards. There is no plastic carrier, this is just pure adhesive, thankfully. My one complaint is that the roll does not hold much transfer tape, so I'll have to buy a second one. Lineco is a well-respected name in picture framing, so ireverse wound adhesive transfer tape is well-made.

Great product holds really well

This strong, binding glue tape is perfect for my use. I use it to bind backing boards to my matt bords when framing my paintings. I love it and panic when I am running low. Never stop making it while I am still alive!
