Easy to work. Very handy for those difficult repairs.
Great product. Mixes easily. Ratio does not have to be precise, deviation will alter curing time. I have used this product for difficult repairs. I back blocked woodpecker holes in my painted wood siding. I covered the back block with this epoxy. When nearly cured I dragged a comb through the epoxy to mimic grain. Repainted for acceptable repair. Just this week I had a difficult repair to shower control opening in porcelain tile. I used the epoxy to build a base, which I then covered with water based epoxy grout that is easier to clean up. Worked very well for the task.

A Great Product for Wood Repair
I have an adobe and stucco home. Around the doors and windows are pine lentils that are 6 inches thick at least 10 inches wide and various lengths. They support tons of adobe brick and would be a major replacement job. I also have woodpeckers in the area and carpenter bees that require one to stay on top of maintenance. When the wood surface is exposed, it rots very fast here in the Southwest. I have been using PC woody and PC-Petrifier Water-Based Wood Hardener for over a year now. I have not discovered any rot around the repaired areas. PC Woody is like wood when it sets up and sands just like a hardwood. The 50-50 ratio makes it easy to judge the right amounts to mix together. I have found that cleanup is easy if one follows the instructions and uses de-natured alcohol to clean one's tools. One can not wait until the product sets up to clean. Another technique I use is to wait for 30 minutes or so, and using latex gloves, wet with denatured alcohol, roll the putty into little balls like one would do with making biscuits. Then I can push the balls into hard to reach areas or rough surfaces using my gloved fingers. One has to rewet the gloves frequently if the putty feels tacky or if it sticks to your gloves. Work a smaller amount at a time for vertical surfaces. The putty will slump until it sets up. There are many Youtube Videos regarding application. I prefer those videos by the manufacturer. So far, I have used about three gallons of PC Woody. I have tried other products for wood that have not worked and required replacement in a year. I believe PC Woody is my best option other than partial or complete removal of the wood with new wood.

I truly love this product
So, the fact is that if you have an old house, you really need to love it, because you are going to have problems. Plumbing is number one, followed by electrical. After that is the wood rot or damage. I have tried many wood fillers an and most often have resorted to remaking the parts that have broken down. My house was sold for back taxes during the depression and while repairs were made when the economy improved, the were not to my standards, even if they lasted 70 years. Its hard to get wood of the quality of the old growth timber these houses were made with in the Pacific Northwest as well. So for wood that is mostly stable and needs a little help I have used this product as well as the PC woody wood stabilizer and had excellent results. I read the negative reviews saying it didn't harden, and my response after using many epoxy products over the years, would be one of two things ..... you didn't mix it thoroughly enough or you had the proportions wrong. Epoxy ALWAYS hardens, if you don't have enough hardener it might take longer than anticipated, but the number one problem people have is not mixing it well enough. I would like to do a video showing why this happens but I have not had time yet. Be assured if you mix this product thoroughly as per the instructions is will be great.

PC Woody Epoxy Paste Makes My Deck Look New Again.
This stuff works very well with wood repairs indoors and out. Yes, it’s very stiff and hard to mix so use a disposable stiff plastic putty knife and a thick and wide flat wooden mixing stick along with a disposable paper bowl or plate. You need to mix fairly equal amounts of resin and hardener — as with any epoxy. You mix it all together until the color is uniform. It will be a creamy off white color. Only mix what you can apply in 30 minutes. It hardens quickly. You’ll need to smooth with your plastic putty knife pushing all the air out of cracks, crevices, and holes and replacing with epoxy. I used this to repair cracks and rotting knotholes in otherwise solid deck boards. I first removed old grime and varnish with a Dimabrush wheel installed on my edge grinder. Then power washed and let dry. After the epoxy dried (48 hours) I sanded with a belt sander to make sure everything was smooth. Then I swept and power washed again. After it dried over the weekend I painted it with Valspar one coat exterior stain and sealer (Semi Transparent). It is an all weather coating guaranteed for 6 years. The epoxy repairs are not at all distracting though noticeable. They make our deck look new again and well-cared for. My only wish is that this stuff wasn’t so hard to mix.

Seems to be a great product!
So far it looks like the product is going to do great. I’m using the product for repairing deteriorated logs on a log home. So far the PC Woody has worked well. The product has a very sticky peanut butter texture. It applies and adheres well to the prepared surface. I did have a small amount of trouble with sagging due to my vertical application. But it was easier to apply the product allow some sagging and sand then apply a surface coat. Normally I would say I didn’t like the sagging but to be fair some of the areas were 1.5” deep, which means there was a lot of product and gravity at play. Other products have a thicker playdough consistency, but I think the more loose texture of PC Woody actually helps with filling voids and truly filling cavities. The product sanded as stated and was actually easy to do so but puts off a fine dust ( I was using an angle grinder, which made the job fast). Even though it sands well the material seems very tough and waterproof as stated. I don’t know the extreme long term abilities yet but so far I’m pleased and have ordered more for additional repairs.

Great Product
I was intrigued by the fact that this product claimed to provide structural repair in restoration projects. I used the PC-Woody in combination with the PC- Rot Terminator. I was repairing an 1850's walnut support beam with a longitudinal split. The "Terminator" penetrated and hardened the area needing repair. The epoxy "Woody" made a very stiff paste that could be worked into the gaps and gripped without sagging. I could not be more pleased with the results. After curing the beam was solid. Great products.

PC-Woody REALLY WORKS!
I was really surprised how well this Epoxy worked. The horizontal beam above my large barn door, (the barn is over 170 yrs old), was infested with carpenter ants. They destroyed a large section of the 4" X 7" Spruce support beam. Had to purchase a scale to ensure a 1:1 mix of part A & part B. After applying the wood hardener prior to applying the PC-Woody it was pretty easy to fill the voids both vertically and horizontally without the epoxy sagging or dripping. It stayed in place and after allowing 24 hours to cure it was hard as the original beam. Sanding it down to match the beam surfaces was a breeze using a 13" belt sander. Easily excepted prime & paint. I then placed a 4" X 4" PT underneath and the Cured PC-Woody accepted 8" lag bolts without cracking or distorting. PC-Woody is a great product all around to repair damaged wood.

This is a difficult product to use
You need a lot of patience. The epoxy is great and I can't say how durable it is but I personally would not use this for a big project (i.e. where there is a lot of shaping required). Learn some carpentry skills and just replace the wood.
