Rothco Boonie Rip Stop Hat

Nice hat. The fit was spot on. Lightweight. The brim was very wavy when it arrived, so I will have to smooth it out a little. Soft material.

This is an affordable boonie hat that is durable and breathable. All in all a pretty good hat.

The Rothco Rip Stop Boonie 7 3/4 size woodland camo is the perfect hat for what I needed. Well made, great heavy duty yet comfortable material, and best of all it actually IS a 7 3/4 size and fits my big old melon head. Very nearly as good a quality as what I use to dig up in surplus stores as a kid, but brand new, even if it is made in China. Extremely comfortable hat, I can't tell you how much better this thing feels on my head than the several other brands I've bought outa box stores over the years. I'll most likely buy a couple in other colors for the heck of it, but I can't imagine wearing this thing out anytime soon, and I'm rough on hats and clothes! Thanks Rothco! Edited to Add: Coming up on 2 years. This is still my everyday hat. Comfortable, looks good, very little wear showing despite me being very hard on hats and clothing. After 2 years it still sheds heavy rain without a hitch, and dries very quickly even when soaked.

Nice hat, well made good fit. With a piece of stainless wire fished though the brim end seam, no floppy,shapeable brim.

Fits well, good material, and im an army vet, so take that for what it's worth. But I will buy from this company again in the future

I got this hat along with the Tiger Stripe M-65 made by Rothco. They match perfectly. Tiger Stripe has always been my pattern of choice, the colors fit perfectly with the jacket, it looks bad-a$$. The green foliage loop matches well with the hat. It's a tough fabric that is water resistant, but a bit hotter than 100% rip-stop cotton. It fits well - a bit large but that's what a chin strap is for. I'm pleased with the quality overall, and now I have 2 hats - the other one is Khaki cotton.

My Husband really likes his hat, the size guide was right on and it fits him perfect. Material strong and the tiger stripe camo amazing. The string helps on windy days was very easy to use.
