Great clearing practice before Vipassana
I love the practice of Dynamic Meditation and the extra clarity I have as the result. Osho said that he created the different Dynamic Meditation practices to help people "take out the trash" before a seated meditation practice. He mentioned that just sitting meditation alone in the modern world is difficult because there is so much clutter mentally and energetically. By doing dynamic meditation I have experienced more quiet in my mind and body which makes seated meditation a more tranquil experience that I can sink into and enjoy more easily. Also, I have always favored activities and meditation practices where the body doesn't play a large role. Dynamic Meditation is helping me to bring this back into balance.There are no instructions with the music on how to do the practice. I recommend doing a search online for instructions on how to do the practice and check out links Osho's site and also YouTube and then dive in!

Yes, this accompanies the technique of meditation I learned which was inspired by Osho. I like that there are three soundtrack options for the shaking part of the meditation, I wish that there was more than one track option for dancing but the one given is still useful. A flaw about the silent meditation track, there's no bell to signal the end of the 15 minutes, have to switch to youtube for this. The price was pretty cheap for an mp3 and it does get me to practice the meditation when I need to

Dynamic Active Meditation CD
I am glad I bought this cd . This is the most active meditation I have ever done. Very challenging and also very beneficial . Excellent choice for group work .

Not anything special. Don't bother. Love OSHO but this is just a money grab from the organization I think.
