Update: unfortunately the third time that I used this it caused a lot of irritation to my scalp. It caused me to have red bumps and a lot of itching. I love the shampoo, I love the smell, I love the way it makes my hair feel, but I can no longer use it due to the irritation, itching and bumps it’s caused on my scalp. Everybody’s scalp is different. I’m sure most people do not have this problem. I’ve been trying to find a shampoo to replace the other clarifying shampoo I was using because it became too expensive. I purchased a bottle of Odele and it was a great shampoo just not for my particular hair type because by the second day my hair was matted, my fault for not reading that it does have a moisturizer in it. After a bunch of research ChatGPT recommended Kristen Ess Detox and it is a WINNER! Cleans and clarifies but does not dry out my hair, will definitely be reordering.

Well I mean I enjoyed how this product smells, how this product washes my hair it's pretty easy to use, it's shampoo, it really does a good job at cleansing and moisturizing my hair, it has an excess of ingredients though and I haven't studied, but it is a lot of them though, so that's my only concern, however it's pretty thick it's not no loose watery shampoo, it really did a good cleansing job, I think over all it's pretty good, I just haven't really checked the ingredients totally so. If you're a clean label credit you may skip this deep clean clarifying shampoo, I'm not sure because I hadn't checked all the ingredients but for now, this is a pretty good product.

I spent too long decide whether or not to try this shampoo. It really deep cleanses, I have greasy thin hair and it makes my hair feel like brand new, fluffy but soft and clean. Stays clean longer. And it smells amazing like the smell actually lasts long after the shower which I love.

Great clarifying shampoo. I usually Ouai for detoxifying 1x/wk. This smells good. Has a good lather and does the trick. But the packaging/shipping could be improved. When I received it, it had leaked out within the clear package it came in, so it was contained. I’ll probably just buy it from CVS or Ulta next time to avoid the mess.

LOVE THIS FOR OILY THIN HAIR! This shampoo is in a great price range and it keeps your hair very clean and less oily in between washing. I usually go about 8-10 days before I wash again and this shampoo does a great job keeping my hair looking great! The bottle doesn’t leak and it makes your hair smell nice

Glad I found this shampoo. It leaves our hair squeaky clean and with a light clean smell. It lasts a long time since it doesn’t take much to get a good lather. I’ll definitely buy again soon.

It’s fine. I love the smell. I don’t know if it’s the best value for what you get, at the end of the day it feels like a standard shampoo.

Such a good clarifying shampoo! Helps so much with greasy hair of build up. Great to use a couple times a week or as your primary shampoo if you don’t wash your hair daily. Love the smell too, light and not overpowering. Good lather and rinses out easily.

Must apply for conditions. If not, after wash, feel dry and rough.

This shampoo left my hair feeling incredibly clean without stripping it and leaving it feeling dry. I highly recommend this shampoo and will be purchasing again and again and again!

Really impressed, I have an oily scalp (sometimes it can start getting greasy by the end of the day again) washed my hair Saturday morning, was still really good on Sunday, it's now Monday and I will only have to put the smallest amount of dry shampoo on (usually would have to use loads of I left it this long) not sure I'll use it for every wash as from the comments it can end up leaving your hair rather dry, but going to try once every two weeks and then use the Redken Amino mint shampoo in between that I've just also bought. I use the dark blue Redken extreme conditioner as I have dry ends with it being dyed and works perfectly in combo with them both!

It’s okay but there are better on the market. I think this is better suited for someone with thinner/ finer hair and not as effective for thick hair. Nice packaging and scent.

After using tones of shampoos for my oily hair I found this shampoo very helpful
