Is there a version of this gauge which is calibrated 0-100psi but is otherwise identical? i have the 0-160psi model but don't need the higher end.

you do not need another this is just right, very well built and 100psi is more than enough..

Are the valve caps presta or schrader type?

Both valve caps—one of each. On the other hand, I was not able to get the device to work at ALL, so there’s that.
