Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened 7 Ounce (2-pack)

I used Baker’s Angel Flake Coconut to top a piña colada cake, and it worked really well. The coconut had a nice, light sweetness and tasted fresh, not artificial. The texture was perfect for sprinkling on top and added a nice finishing touch without being too heavy. Always fresh and sweet

This was perfect for the cake I intended to bake. It was as perfect a sweetened coconut product as I recall it being many years ago when my mom baked and I began baking. It was a competitive price as well.

I have tasted a lot of coconut in my life.But this was actually the best and freshest and most delicious that i've had in years. Came packaged well , and I was very pleased. The reason I took one star off is because it's pretty expensive for the smaller bag that you get.

Heavenly. I grew up in Australia. Australians have Lamingtons. These are small square cakes covered in chocolate with a layer of coconut on the outside. The best Lamingtons were coated in sweetened stranded coconut. This one is not stranded but it is moist and sweetened. The very best I have had on this side of the planet. It is so good the first packet went without even making Lamingtons...... Any sweet or desert that has coconut can only be improved by this moist yummy stuff.

This is lovely coconut but the size for the price is just not worth the expense

Sweetened coconut is a game changer when making carrot cake; it makes the cake so moist. It is shredded in such a way it adds texture to the cake and is not lost in the batter mix.
