I use this in my filtered water all day, everyday and I have no leg cramps or Charlie horses! I’ve ordered it multiple times and keep it on hand. As far as taste goes, I don’t feel like it has any taste however, at first it may have felt like it made my water feel a bit “powdery“ if that makes sense. But it’s very “slight” and doesn’t bother me at all.

Amazing results. Using 4-6 doses a day mixed in a 1oz shotglass with tonic water. Shoot it taste is bad. Work up gradually in the dose. 66 yrs old. Skin tags went away. I started feeling really good after starting them but it started waning as the month went on until I was wondering if it was still working since I wasn't feeling as the initial dose.

I've been taking the magnesium drops for years. There is no noticeable taste, and I have it in my juice in the morning. I can't say that for the other drops, so go easy when you start these other ones. I had to back off to 4 drops, and honestly, I could still taste it. So, I would just get the Magnesium alone, and pass on this package.

These are what they say they are and I make a slit in the cap to count my drops. It would be nice to have a dropper with it! I found one with a dropper and is much smaller!
