I took the train quite often professionally and socially. One of my favorite places to stop for a quick meal when I was hungry was a stand-up curry bar inside Yokohama Station. For 400 Yen, you'd get a very nice portion of white sticky rice and the best Japanese curry I'd ever tasted. For what was the equivalent of $4 USD. There were water dispensers so you could hydrate but the smell and taste were absolutely phenomenal. I have repeatedly tried to replicate the flavor at home with curry packet kits, asian curry spices etc.... Never have I come close, until I ate this product. I bought the "hot" but it is EXACTLY the same as my old friend, the curry bar in Yokohama. I've had fancy curries, from Japan to India to Brick Lane in London. I've had great curry in these locales but nothing like what we call here in the south, Comfort Food. Until tonight. 1:30 in the microwave and an instant bowl of Annie Chun's Cooked White Sticky Rice and I escaped for 20 minutes back to Yokohama and an incredible time in my life. Thank you for your product. Of course it's currently unavailable so I'm going to have to try the "Mild" and see if it holds up. Review: Wish they were more spicy - Tasted great just wish there was more spice
