Are these for the Pike RC

Yes as long as it's a solo air fork. The red one are for the 35mm Staton and the gray ones are for a smaller Stanton (34mm?). They still work. I have 35mm Stantons and mix the 2 colors to get the progression I want.

are these 35 mm wide?

No. The stanchions on a pike are 35. They wouldn't fit if they were 35. They fit a pike.

Will These fit the Zeb?

Yes. According to Sram/Rockshox they will. That is why I bought them, for a Zeb on my new bike.

Can these work for the recon

These are meant for Pike/Lyrik non dual travel forks. Pretty sure they won't work seeing the respective forks both have larger diameter uppers than the Recon.
