Update:11/11/2024: Fangor customer service reached out last week to talk to me about what happened. They sent me a brand new one at no cost! Linda was so quick to respond to me and email everything needed. The new one is working well, so far. If anything changes, I'll update again. But as of now, super happy with the customer service and product. Picture was clear, sound was good. Easy to set up and attach to the headrest. Remote was super helpful but the buttons work just as well. Stoked to use it as a normal Dvd player for our Dvds in our guest room, too./update Original:Thought it was great for our roadtrip, but after two months of it not being in use, the screen stopped working, so basically after one use. Of course they don't offer returns or replacement. Battery life was low, but it comes with a car charger. Just not worth the risk if they don't offer any replacements fir their issues.

These portable DVD players saved my kids on a long 14 hour drive this summer. One of the big selling points for me was the bracket that you could use to mount the screen to the seat instead of the classic velcro which in my experience never seemed to work great with getting the screen to stay and then the angle was wrong so the picture didn't look great, just a mess. This mount was easy to put on, it's held together by screws so it's not going anywhere. You also are able to change the angle of the screen up or down for best visibility which was awesome! The greatest part is that the screens have a part that clicks into the mount and if one of our kids was acting up or just to keep the screens nice, when they weren't watching we could unclip and store them so our kids weren't able to mess with them. The sound quality was great. We have a honda accord so all 3 kids are sardined in one row but we didn't have to plug it into the speakers for our little car it worked great. They stayed charged really well also. The picture quality was great. Remember it only plays DVDs and not BluRay so that's one item you have to remember. We were grateful for them and look forward to continuing to use them on trips in the future!

Update: be very careful ordering from them. They sent me a used broken replacement. Waste of my time and money. Sent it back for a full refund. It’s literally junk that’s why it’s so cheap. Believe me. Giving 2 stars for now. Used for a total of maybe an hour and a half split between 2 days before the slave DVD player just quit working. Which really upset my littles and me because they were so excited about them. The screen itself is about the size of my iPhone 15 screen maybe slightly bigger but not by much which is okay because I don’t want it any bigger for the car. Overall it does what I purchased it for keeps the littles entertained while waiting in pick up line for big sis. It’s pretty simple to figure out, easy to strap to headrest, cords are a bit annoying so we’ll figure out a way to deal with that, having a remote makes it easy to use. I’ll update my rating once I receive my replacement and if it works longer than a week. Otherwise I’ll cut my losses and get a refund if it quits on me again cause based on other reviews it’s known for that. I’d recommend purchasing the warranty for this product 10/10.

My wife's poor arms were getting exhausted holding up an unsharable ipad for movies between our minions on long drives. So we decided to invest in a car DVD system. I actually ordered and returned 2 systems before I came across this system. The Naviskauto 12" screen was just too big and in your face. The Wonnie 10" system was more expensive, and suffered from the same problems as all other systems- they all depend on a pathetic mounting system consisting of nylon webbing that holds things in place like a gummi bear would hold up a wall picture instead of a nail. So my wife's problem was not fixed. I'm specifically not discussing screen resolution, because let's face it, cell phone screen resolutions will all be superior, but remember how much you paid for that device instead. That being said, giving a kid an HD screen that they might break is a bad decision, and at 10" 1080p HD is completely unnecessary. This system has a MAJOR leg up on the competition for 2 reasons: 1) Fangor included 2 power cords- one is the cigarette lighter, and the other is an internationally interchangeable DC outlet plug. Having a backup powersource is great, but no one else gives you an outlet cord, and finding second party cords with the right DC connectors is murder (RIP Radioshack). My car and many others are putting outlets in the center console, so being able to limit clutter in a car packed to the gills on long trips with kids is a HUGE plus. 2) The hard plastic, screwed in bracket mounting system is GOLD. No, better- whatever you get if Platinum and Titanium have a baby. The provided bracket screws into the back of the screens like a real TV, holding it strongly, which NO one else does. Competitiors don't even have a screw pilot hole for a solid hold if you wanted to try to jury-rig a mounting system on your own. The bracket screws SECURELY down around the legs of your car's headrest. Aside from keeing the screen on the headrest, anyone who has used a laptop (which is an LCD screen usually), knows that the angle of the screen makes a huge difference, which this bracket fixes that issue completely. Lastly, accessory mounting systems still don't maintain the angle of the screen, AND can get quite expensive- the Naviskauto one cost $30 for just ONE screen! Imagine buying a TV, but having to pay 50% more just for a TV stand to use the TV! I applaud Fangor for this hugely!

The video and audio quality are good and my only complaint is that when you plug in headphones, the sound continues to play out of the speakers. The sound comes clearly through the headphones while continuing to play on the built-in speakers. Very odd as normally, a headphone jack would cut the speaker sound so not sure if that is by design or I got a defective unit.

These work great! It has a little remote that comes with it. They are easy to hook up and you can bluff in and charge the whole time so they don’t have to run off of battery. Screen size is perfect for my 1 year old grandsons. It makes riding in the car so much better.

For portable DVD players to mount in the car these are pretty great! Kids loved them and they worked really well.
