I had lower back pain and this item helped me out a lot. It’s comfortable, it isn’t scratchy, perfect thing to put on after applying muscle rub and sleeping. I recommend this item if you have any back discomfort.

This is a life changing piece of clothing! My back is very sensitive to cold (or any draft at all). With this: problem solved. My back is protected and warm, it fits just well, doesn't bother me at all having it on (as opposed to what I was expecting initially because I wasn't used to wear not even a vest under my sweatshirt at work). Great product!

Der Nierenwärmer wärmt alles auch die Hüfte, Gelenke, Ischiasnerv, das hat auch mit der erstklassigen Verarbeitung mit Merino-und Angorawolle zu tun. Die guten Produkte der Letten kann ich nur im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes wärmstens empfehlen ! Grüsse nach Riga ! Die Lieferung seitens Amazon war sehr schnell und unkoliziert.

Indossata subito appena arrivata, è molto morbida e quasi non ci si ricorda di averla addosso tanto è leggera, ma al tempo stesso da una calda sensazione di calore al ventre ed alla schiena, che fa star bene. La consiglio, ah, dimenticavo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.
