Having recently been released from the hospital I was in need of a good quality, absorbent disposable under garment. After reading other reviews I chose the McKesson brand. I am not disappointed in this purchase.,. The product met and exceeded my expectations. At 107 lbs. I thought the medium would be too large. The fit is perfect for my current needs. Easy on easy off with no leaking. I'm in my 70's and didn't want to deal with a product that was difficult to use. I highly recommend this brand not only for fit and comfort but for quality and price. MCKesson is far superior to the name brands sold in the local pharmaceutical departments at a higher cost. Will order again as needed.

Like so many people caring for an older relative with bladder issues, I searched high and low for proper fitting, absorbent disposable underwear. These excellent undergarments offer the most value for the money and are the best I have found. Name brands can cost over $1.20 each. These currently cost .51 each (Medium Size, 80 count for $40.93) and are just as absorbent and comfortable. Highly recommended. Plus, the customer service is excellent. During one order, the shipment was lost in the mail and the company immediately offered a refund or replacement. McKesson undergarments offers peace of mind without breaking the bank.

These are nice comfortable pullups. I love how they have channel guards, so that they absorb more, before they might leak. These are great for leaks and small accidents, but for anything more I'd make sure to wear a diaper.

These are far above any product out there and the cost is less. They are super absorbent and are easy to put on and to take off. I have been using these for a little over 2 years and I like the fact they they have small, medium and large sizes. They have been a win-win for me.

Product description say "Heavy absorbency". Underwear does not contain even the slightest amount of urine because as soon as the "absorbing" fibers have contact with liquid, the liner "bunches up" leaving areas of the liner void of anything to absorb additional liquid, so the liquid flows through the outer shell of the underwear.
