This is my third time buying the big pack, and I'll probably buy it again, as long as it's available. I enjoy its taste even when I'm not feeling congested or cold. The taste is mostly of ginger and good-quality clover honey. The ginger flavor is strong and warming, but it isn't of raw ginger (more like powdered ginger or stewed ginger). The crystals dissolve just as easily when stirred into cold water as they do when stirred into warm water. One can use hot water, too, but I don't recommend using boiling water because I found that doing so changes the taste and creates an unpleasant foam/separation (especially if the water has already reached a rolling boil). It has never given me acidity or digestive problems and has always soothed my throat.

This tea is awesome! It’s really close to homemade ginger tea in flavor, spice and or kick. Has a good punch to it when you first make it. If you’re not careful the tea will have coughing from smelling it LOL! Love that ginger kick though!

Great ginger taste with simple ingredients. I have been getting these for years. I like this both hot and cold. My sweet sister has been “care packing” to me every month or two so they no longer show in my account but wanted to share how good these are. Sometimes I dip ginger snaps into this drink. Easy to take on the go. I really love ginger and cannot say enough good about this stuff. Looks good, taste good, smells good.

I bought this big family pack of ginger honey crystals hoping for an easy, soothing drink to enjoy hot in the mornings or whenever I’m feeling stressed or under the weather, and it’s been pretty nice overall! Each sachet easily dissolves into hot or cold water, and the sweet honey with real ginger flavor gives it a comforting warmth — not too sugary, not too bold.  I appreciate that it’s caffeine-free and feels like more than just a sweet drink — it really feels like a nice little treat when you want something warm and soothing. The 60-packet size is great for stocking the pantry and sharing with family.  A couple of notes: the flavor leans a bit spicy from the ginger (which I like, but some people might want it milder), and these are sweetened with cane sugar and honey granules, so if you’re watching sugar intake you might want to sip slowly.  Overall — easy to prepare, comforting, and great for chilly nights or when you want a warm, soothing drink. I’d buy again!

This is the best ginger tea I’ve ever had. I drink it twice a day. The taste is delicious and sometimes I add a little honey when I have a sore throat. Excellent tea quality and the individual packaging makes it easy to take anywhere. It’s low in sugar and effective. I simply love the product.

They have no caffeine. Also gluten free. Most nights have a cup before going to bed.
