In my quest to lower A1c and steer clear of large amounts of refined sugar in my diet I came across this product. I’ve been using xylitol for some time now and had always hoped for a confectioners xylitol sugar. This product hit all the marks for taste texture and most importantly kid approved. It’s been great to cook with. One thing to consider is it’s a bit more consolidated than conventional powdered sugar. One must sift it well when mixing.

Not as sweet as I expected but still works if you’re diabetic to sweeten pastries but you must use more than sugar if you plan to substitute I haven’t quite figure out the ratio as I’ve been using to sweeeten my coffee with it

Xylitol artificial taste great and I use it all the time.

I’m not sure why we should pay more for the powdered xylitol. It’s a great product, I just don’t understand why we’re paying so much more to get powdered. It’s difficult for the consumer to grind down the crystallized xylitol, but is production that much more? Still 4 stars, the product is great!!

I use in homemade toothpaste & in coffee. No odd aftertaste, just mild sweetness.

I did not realize that they had added tapioca starch when I bought it. This definitely affects the flavor, and makes it less viable as a low glycemic sweetener. I do not feel very good after eating the dairy free white chocolate that I used it in. I am also very disappointed that they used "birch" in the listing. That is blatantly lying. If it wasn't too late I would demand my money back.

Powdered is so much easier to dissolve.
