Can someone verify port output? According to tests, I'm seeing 1 amp on the 2 lower ports and 2 or 3 amps on the top fast port. Thanks.

QC 3.0 on top and 3.1A on bottom

Will the led lights inside the usb ports drain my battery? Will they go off after a certain amount of time?

The LED light remains on if the power does not turn off with ignition. The current draw is so little it will not drain you battery if nothing is plugged into it.

do you need fuse if you're replacing the cigarette lighter with this?

Yes, you should use the included 10a fuse. Your cig lighter is probably already fused at a panel, and you could just replace that with a fuse like 7.5 or 10.
