What is the sturdiness? Worth the money?

The sturdiness is good for the cost. There are weight bags included which if filled with beans or stones will make the frame much more sturdy. I do feel it is intended for indoor use on a firm surface. That's how I used mine and they worked perfect

What is the return policy?

The return policy was good. They sent me a new one before I sent the defective one back. That was a good thing.

Will the stand hold a paper roll back drop? Is their any that holds two paper rolls?

This stand is strong enough to hold one paper roll backdrop but not sure if it's strong enough for two.

How long does it take to assemble?

About 2 minutes. The tripod "feet" are pre-assembled.
