Canada Review: fantastic taste - this sausage is excellent seasoned. i used to buy this at the local military commissary, but they have not had it in over a year, so when i saw it here on desertcart after debating for month if i should or not, i finally decided to place an order - i now wished i had done so earlier. this sausage is perfectly seasoned, easy to cut and taste famtastisch. however, it is a very large piece and unless you have a vacuum sealer or you can eat this within 2-3 weeks at the most, dont order it. i have a handheld vacuum sealer and use extra large vacuum bags from desertcart. i cut a two inch piece off and vacuum sealed the rest. i do this with bologne all the time, so i know this will keep the sausage fresh and eatable. personnaly i would invest in a vacuum sealer, the handheld version seals all the different bags and these type of bags can be reused and resealed all the time. to keep things fresh, i even seal the cuts for daily use. so, in my opinion, it is a good investment to bay a handheld vacuum sealer (zeiss) and buy this sausage and store the unused portion for a later time. So happy to have found it here. It was well packaged and arrived cold. The taste was amazing and as my husband doesn’t like the ones with pistachios, he was pleased that this one has none. It does have peppercorns, just for your information. Price may seem a little high but in breaking it done, price per pound seemed reasonable. Shipping and handling was reasonable considering the time and distance for us to go get it. We will be ordering again.

Tasty treat for an quick breakfast sandwich.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’m not a baloney fan but this is pretty tasty. I lightly grill it and that lower the fat content.

Wonderful
My husband and I loved it. coming from New Jersey and being Italian now living in Wa St. I cannot buy good Italian meats. This Mortadella was just as good as I remember. I Will buy it again for the taste and the price. I will also go to their store and see what other good meats they have.

Excellent Mortadella AAA +++++
I was so glad to find this. No one in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico knows what it is. The Mortadella is so full of flavor. On good French bread and mayo is the best way to notice the flavor.
