DEVA Vegan Evening Primrose Oil, Cold-Pressed, Unrefined, 90 Capsules, 1-Pack

I searched online to find a natural way to combat eczema that my 17 year old daughter was experiencing on her hands. She has suffered over the years with spots in other places, but on her hands it was suddenly becoming so inflamed she could barely hold a pencil in school or perform various tasks. It was really bothering her and very painful. We tried various creams and other doctor treatments to no avail. I've used Evening Primrose oil personally to help combat PMS symptoms in the past and I read it could also help some skin conditions. So we decided to order several bottles of this brand and each took the recommended two daily pill dose. For me, it definitely help with my period cycle, cramps, and pain. It didn't cause indigestion, or hurt my stomach. For her, it was a miracle in a bottle!! Within a week and a half of taking these, her hands were 100% cured and completely healed! No visible trace of the eczema remained and it hasn't returned! I was astonished at the change! She was so grateful to feel normal again. We're both now beginning our second bottle of this brand and very happy that it's Vegan (which is highly important to us both) a good value for the amount of pills you get, and ships very fast and easily. She's taken a bottle overseas for a trip and grateful for how convenient it is to take these pills with her morning vitamin routine. The only downside I can think of, is the taste isn't pleasant if you don't immediately swallow the pills with a good amount of water. But that's not a deal breaker. We will continue to buy Deva Vegan Vitamins and are happy to recommend this product.

This didn't really have a taste, which is fine. Years ago, I tried fish oil capsules before going plant-based. I "tasted" the fish often afterward, with a burp. Primrose oil is much better. It did seem to help with mastodynia (breast pain), which is the reason that my doctor's office prescribed it. I wasn't looking for weight loss or help sleeping. They seemed like they were good quality. I might try them again now that I'm post menopause and lacking estrogen.

My perimenopause symptoms of hot flashes and anxiety flashes disappeared after a few days of taking this. I also started black cohosh at the same time. My skin feels less dry and I feel MUCH more stable.

I’ve been using Diva Vegan Evening Primrose Oil Capsules for a little over two months and overall, I’m really happy with them. I started taking them to help with PMS symptoms and hormonal balance, and I’ve definitely noticed some improvement. I like that they’re completely vegan and cruelty-free. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong taste. Occasionally, I get a slight oily burp after taking them, but it’s not a big deal. Since I started taking them, I’ve had fewer cramps, my mood feels more balanced, and my skin feels less dry. It took about two to three weeks to start noticing the effects. The price is reasonable, and the bottle lasts a long time. I think it’s a great supplement if you’re looking for something natural to support hormone health or skin. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. Just taking one star off for the occasional aftertaste. Overall, I’d recommend it.

I've had a bad case of perioral dermatitis the past few months, and it recently flared up again. Since I didn't want to go on another round of antibiotics, I researched alternative treatments, and evening primrose oil came up. I've been taking this supplement for about a month, and I've noticed that it has helped. In addition to clearing up some of my skin issues, I think that this is helping me with joint pain and overall skin health. I haven't experienced any of the cramping that another reviewer mentioned, but I have noticed that my headaches are a bit worse lately, but I think that's because of our weather changes. The pills are also easy to swallow, and don't have any sort of noticeable smell or taste. I've tried a few DEVA products the last few months since I started eating a vegan diet back in March, and really like everything I've tried by them. It's nice to know that a vegan brand makes quality supplements at inexpensive prices.

I did my research and it’s the best in the market and it’s my second time purchase as it helps in managing PMS efficiently and I no longer feel cramps and manage better than before. Awesome product! Have been using this to treat my patients with female health issues, along with Chasteberry supplement. Definitely works. Will surely recommend for those ladies who have any female reproductive systemic problems like PCOD, etc. Also great for arthritis or any type of inflammation. Contains good fats that would burn the bad unhealthy fat in the body. Also, good to maintain good figure ladies! Side effects and contraindications: I haven't observed any personally, nor have I received any complaint from my patients.
