Effective, and you can't beat the 3-pack price
Sensodyne is more expensive than regular toothpaste, but I really have noticed a reduced sensitivity in the two teeth I was trying to protect from gum erosion. My college-aged daughter asked for Sensodyne in her Christmas stocking, so I got her two (and kept one for myself)! Buying a 2-3 pack makes this a great buy.

My favorite Sensodyne flavor is gel but it's hard to find. I've ordered it off Amazon for years now.
