I don’t think it is vegan. If you look at ingredients list it mentions fermented shrimp sauce and anchovy parts

It can be very spicy if you use the whole flavor package. You can adjust how much of the flavor package you want in the bowl. The kimchi pack is not that spicy and can be eaten on the side or put it all in the bowl and enjoy.
