Not 2 petticoats!!! (Only a white one)
This is advertised as 2 petticoats, but you only get the white one. Other than that, this a great petticoat! Great adjustable waist band with Velcro and a tie string. Fit my child well! Had nice volume in the skirt once you fluff it out. Overall, very pleased with the petticoat!

Buyer beware this is extremely TINY purchased for my 5 yr old granddaughter looks like it would fit a baby! Fabric is ROUGH and flat . What a waste
