Works great! Use in restaurant for making slush type drinks, quickly blends ice & fruit to a fine consistency. Noise level WAY better than normal unshielded blender. Only thing I can’t confirm, and crossing my fingers on, is longevity. Seems well made but time will tell

In the past year I've probably made around 200 smoothies with this blender. I typically fill it less than halfway with frozen fruit, protein powder, greens, etc. The blender has enough power that I don't need to worry about it freezing up like most of the common home use style blenders. The blend quality is about 90% as good as the very best high powered blenders (vitamix, etc.) I suspect the last bit of blend perfection probably comes from slightly sharper or better designed blades on those, but compared to something like an oster or a ninja, there is no comparison. Smoothies made in this machine are truly smooth. It keeps me powered up and full of protein so I can make those massive gym gains. I wanted a blender with a sound shield because i've already got enough tinnitus and blenders across the board are not good for your ears. I haven't found another high powered blender with a sound shield that isn't many hundreds of dollars more than this. So far no noise complaints from apartment neighbors, but then again thanks to this blender i'm terrifyingly muscular in a way that would dissuade such complaints ;) For the most part, it does a great job of cleaning itself out by blending water with a drop of soap. This is a huge time saver compared to a cheap blenders where you have to unscrew the blade, try not to mess up the gasket and cut your hands every single time you clean it manually. Rarely I will have to give it a little help with the dish sponge if I go hard with the peanut butter and it wants to stick to the pitcher. My one issue with the product *so far* is that the lower part of the sound shield is not easily removable, so there isn't a good way to clean out the crud that accumulates between it and the rubber base that the pitcher sits on. Kinda gross. I'm living with it. As long as it keeps working, I'm very satisfied. I believe I paid a little less than the current price, but it's still a great value and I have gotten a lot of use out of it. There's no way I could go back to using a less powerful consumer grade blender.

Blew up and not one person wants to help Amazon doesn't care seller doesn't care and wantjoin doesn't care.....I can't believe i spent that much money on a product with a warranty not even a year old and boom gone , AND NOW THE COMPANY IS GIVING ME A HARD TIME ABOUT THE WARRANTY saying they have to submit it to the technical team for JUDGEMENT! Seriously why advertise 10-year warranty only to be judged.... They just don't care nor do they want to help EDIT: And now they have agreed to a replacement YET they are now ignoring me, and it has been a week since they agreed to send me a replacement.... I'm not trusting this business, and I caution everyone who is considering buying from them.... I needed to replace a blender I'd been using every day. The noise level bothered me. When I saw this professional blender with the quiet shield, I wondered if it would be as good as advertised. I hadn't heard of this brand before. As soon as I received it and used it the first time, I became a huge fan and used it daily. It's very powerful and easy to clean. I've recommended this blender to several friends already. You definitely won't be disappointed - get one, then gift one!!

I will come back and read it later. So far I just received it and the box has damaged on it. Keeping my fingers crossed. I’ve pulled it out of the box and put some water in it about halfway full with some soap. I just posted a couple of times like the instructions said to wash it without dry running it per the instruction manual. I left it on low to do this with. Just a couple of pulses on low and I could already smell electricity. I hope that’s just a common feature with this thing. Just made my first shake and add a little bit too much water because I did not want to hurt the motor after cautiously reading all the instructions before operating this. I posted a few times with a one cup of ice to make my milkshake with my water in first, protein in second, peanut butter on top of that, and then one cup of ice cubes on top of that. I used 2 cups of water and I probably should’ve only used one cup of water. I will reduce it next time until I get the right consistency of a thick shake. May also decide to use yogurt on the next try. Overall, I would have to say this is one powerful sturdy, nice looking blender and I hope that at last three years. Cleaning it is very easy and operating. It is very easy as well. I think they make a smart one with some sort of AI functions as well. I got the commercial professional version and it’s got instructions in the book to hit buttons for milkshake that don’t exist, which means they must have a nicer model out there. This one is suffice for me.

I love this blender. I was apprehensive about buying it because it was so much cheaper than other powerful blenders but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. I’m so glad I did. It’s much quieter than my last blender (Ninja) and the difference in power is huge. My smoothies are actually “smooth” now. I add frozen spinach, berries, ice and protein powder with a little nut milk and it ends up totally smooth. I like it really thick so I have to use the stick thing but it comes out perfect. The controls are simple and easy to use and I love that to clean it, you can just put a tiny bit dish soap with water in it, pulse a few times and rinse. The only down side for me is the size. It’s a bit of a monster and as others have said, it doesn’t fit under the kitchen cabinets. The cover that makes it quieter obviously makes it bigger. I keep it in a cupboard so it’s not a big deal. Overall - would definitely recommend.
