If I could give this product and company 10 stars, I would! Not only is the product unique and delicious but I just received the best customer service that I've ever received from any company! My husband and I have ordered this product before. We're big coffee drinkers, drink green tea often, love chocolate, and try to consume healthy and organic foods. We came across this product and had to give it a try. Such a nice change from the usual cup of joe...the combo really works. A few days ago, I decided to order several bags of this Javazen to give as gifts for a "favorite things" holiday gift exchange with my friends. I ordered the bags with just enough time to receive them in time for the gift exchange using "amazon prime" 2 day shipping time. For some reason, I received only 1 of the bags and then found out that the other 2 bags would not come in time for my gift exchange. I was SO disappointed since I had purchased other items to go with the Javazen specifically and did not have another gift planned. The Javazen founder happened to have just sent me a personal email, thanking me for purchasing their product. I decided to email him back and let him know what happened. He could not change the timing of arrival for the portion of the order that had already gone out, since this was an Amazon shipment, but, to my amazement, he actually contacted his relative who lives near me and had them personally deliver 2 packages of Javazen to my house this morning so I could be sure to have them in time for my gift exchange! I received the package when I got home from work and discovered they had put in extra packages of different flavors for us to try for free! My husband and I were both SO impressed with this customer service and kind gesture. I can't wait to share this product with my friends (I know they'll be hooked like we are!)...and tell them this great story about a company that cares about people's health AND happiness! I got my Javazen and freaking LOVE it! I use it as my base for my bulletproof coffee and it gives it such an amazing flavor with the cinnamon/chocolate/vanilla combo. I can feel the glowing goodness from it when I drink it, which is a signal to me that this stuff is made with quality, care and love. The energy from it feels clean and not jittery either. Also knowing that they source very high quality beans direct from farms in Central America is important to me. Many beans in the US sit in warehouses for months and sometimes years before being roasted, which creates a lot of mold and other toxins. Since theirs come direct from the farms, they do not sit very long before being roasted. This is part of the quality, care and love that I'm looking for in companies. Especially because I'm super sensitive to chemicals, acidic levels and random funk. I brew mine in my Keurig and the flavor comes through beautifully. (Besides, it's faster than using a French Press) Thanks for making such a fantastic coffee blend!

This is delicious!!! I've been making whole pots in my drip coffee maker and drinking it over the course of the day. I love the calm energy that matcha gives me and this coffee does the same thing. Plus an added boost of caffeine from the coffee and chocolate! The best part, however, is the taste. It tastes like coffee...only not. It's sweet and tasty in a way that I cannot even begin to describe. I honestly thought that this wouldn't taste very good as I couldn't imagine coffee blended with matcha. But it turns out extremely well. I use only half the sweetener that I normally use in coffee and either almond milk or fat free half and half. It becomes a wonderful treat for those early afternoon slumps. I recommend trying this wholeheartedly and I can't wait to get in my next order!

My husband and I are both coffee and hot tea lovers so when I saw this combo I thought it is the best of both worlds. I would say that it tastes probably more like a tea and the first couple of times we tried it we both really liked it and thought it tasted great. But after a few days we were getting tired of it and were craving just a regular cup of coffee so we now only use this once in a while and it's good and I love how healthy it is. It is quite expensive for the smallish size bag but I understand that since we buy health foods I know that they are usually not cheap. I might try one of the other flavors next time.

This is my favorite coffee and I drink it every day with soy milk and stevia. I usually use it in my espresso maker and make lattes, but I have also used it in my french press. It tastes delicious either way and everyone that has tried it at my home, has really liked it. I love that it's organic. The customer service is far superior to any other that I have encountered. I have been shopping on Amazon for years and I have never written a review, but I am so impressed by the service, that I feel compelled to write one. The owners always send personal emails to thank me for my purchase. They have sent me several coupon codes. Last week, one of the owners called my house and left a message to thank me for being a repeat customer. He told me that on their website, they are offering new flavors and gave me a discount code to use if I was interested in trying them. I've read a few other reviews and it seems that they are consistently excellent in customer relations. You can buy this with confidence. I used to be a regular at Starbucks, and I started making this at home and never looked back.
